Diana Drinkwater is a metallurgical engineer with 30+ years experience and a passion for helping young professionals achieve full potential through career development. She is an expert in building and delivering on the job training programs, and delivering face-to-face, online and in blended form.
Bob’s 40-year career has taken him around the world and into processing operations for commodities as diverse as gold, base metals, iron ore, coal and industrial minerals. He has worked in mineral processing, extractive metallurgy, process development and process engineering, and has extensive experience in developing, designing and optimizing mineral processing plants, with a particular focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. For nearly as many years, Bob has been supporting professional development via training and use of competency models, and has been heavily involved in mentoring and managing corporate and site-based education programs.
Professor Jan Cilliers is a professor of Mineral Processing in the Royal School of Mines at Imperial College London. He has more than 100 technical publications in journals, and 20+ years managing Industry/Academic partnerships for education and research.
